RESUME CONSULTATION

Hiring managers have limited time and are looking to hire the best candidate as quickly as possible. Your resume can either get you in the door or get you overlooked.

 

Using my experience as a hiring lead, expertise in writing captivating and concise descriptions, and ability to create excitement about even the most mundane tasks, these resume consultations are designed to ensure your resume tells a compelling story about your past experience and highlights the value you will bring to a new organization.

 

What is included in a resume consultation?

After our review of your resume in its current state, you will receive a follow-up questionnaire to help us gather needed information for the revision. Then, you will receive a revised resume based upon what we've learned about your experience and the value you're ready to contribute to your next company.

RESUME REVIEW & RESUME WALK CONSULTATION CALL

After providing suggested revisions to your resume, I will provide a 30 minute call focused on the "resume walk". This call will focus on how to properly answer the questions "Tell me about yourself." or "Walk me through your resume." or "What brings you here today?".

INTERVIEW PREPARATION CONSULTATION

This consultation will help you identify what skills to emphasize, guide you to pre-select stories from your experience that communicate what the interviewers want to hear, and prepare you to use the best formula for answering behavioral interview questions.
